ABOUT BRIA
Bria graduated from the Northeastern Institute of Whole Health, Manchester NH, and began her massage career in 2011. Her massage education here enabled her to explore massage from a very holistic and independent perspective.
Bria was successful in her own practice from 2014-2020 in Rochester, NH, where she specialized in Barefoot Massage, offering a unique and deeper experience than typically received from hands on massage.

In 2020 Bria completed her BodyMind Coaching program where she learned how to more deeply embrace and acknowledge the body-mind connection and incorporate this philosophy of coaching into her life and work. Bria allows the space and time for a client to explore the things that influence their bodies and minds in order to understand where the pain and dysfunction may originate from. She strongly believes in leveraging a client's time off the table to facilitate change in their own life to move them towards positive choices relating to their own health and wellness goals.

Bria has had a diverse working history outside of massage which has allowed her to understand and connect to her clients on many different levels. From serving in the U.S. Army to Interior Design, many different roles and loads of life experience in between, she uses her many hats to connect and understand the activities and motivations of her clients to better serve their needs as a massage therapist.

When not in the massage studio you may find Bria spending time with her daughter Jaicie, and dog Hazel. As a NH native, she takes advantage of the opportunity to go hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, and camping, enjoying any time outdoors. She understands the importance of her own self care and can be found gardening, reading, or tending her many houseplants. Though a homebody at heart, Bria loves adventure, traveling, and trying new things!

Bria is excited to bring her style of Barefoot Massage to Wolfeboro, NH and hopes to see you in the studio soon!

Bria's Barefoot Journey
It just found me! After researching "how to massage without using my hands" years ago when I was dealing with a thumb/wrist strain, I never looked back!
I have taken loads of training (Over 100hrs)! I have been fortunate enough to train with two of the premier schools of westernized barefoot massage. Each school offering amazing, and different styles of work. I have been actively practicing barefoot work since 2014. This unique and effective type of massage therapy continues to grow and evolve!
This work allows for less wear and tear on my body, at the same time providing a therapeutic, comfortable and enjoyable session.
