Cancellation Policies

I value my clients time, and I hope that they also value mine. I make every effort to maintain the available schedule and be there for my clients. Life does happen, and I certainly understand the Universe not always working in our favor. But for most situations, the below policies will be followed.

Cancellation


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Same day cancellations will require a 100% charge for the scheduled service. No charges will be assessed if cancellations occur within 24hrs of your original scheduled appointment. You can cancel or make changes to your appointment from your confirmation email. You cannot make changes or cancel online within 24hrs, you must call to cancel.

 

Late Arrival


We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and allow time for intake and conversation. We ask that you use the restroom at this time before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, it may impact your total time on the table. Every effort will be made to accommodate the full session. You may still be charged for the full appointment time.

No Show

All clients receive an email reminder 48 hrs before their scheduled appointment with the option to confirm or cancel their appointment without being charged. All clients receive a text confirmation of their appointment 28 hrs before their appointment to be able to cancel their appointment. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. Your CC on file will be charged.
