What is Barefoot Massage?
Barefoot massage is a massage where the therapist uses their feet as their delivery tool. The therapist is able to perform the massage using the broader, smoother, aspects of the foot as opposed to the pointy sharper tools such as thumbs or elbows often associated with discomfort.

During barefoot massage, we use a combination of gliding strokes, compression and stretching, using bars on the ceiling for balance and leverage. Using our clean, soft feet, we use flowing strokes to loosen, lengthen, and smooth tight fascia, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Barefoot combines the best of deep pressure and relaxation. Gravity, leverage and bodyweight work together to deliver comfortable, deeper pressure massage.
